RPATrainer

The primary role of the RPA developer is to design, build, and execute software robots or bots to work side by side with humans to increase the business performance of the process. The primary role of an RPA Developer is to investigate, analyze, and develop automation based on the business/company's requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,

2. Proven experience as a RPA Trainer or in a similar role. Five years of Industry experience is desirable.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and experience levels.

7. Prior experience in developing and delivering offline training programs is a plus.

8. Relevant certifications in RPA are desirable.

9. Experience in College/Corporate training

10. Good Oral communication and Presentation Skills
