- Contact individuals from a designated list to elucidate our offerings.
- Articulate the advantages of our products/services and how they can meet the needs of potential customers.
- Engage in conversations to gauge interest and gather information.
- Record potential customer details accurately in our database for future reference.
- Familiarize yourself with our offerings to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries.
- Emphasize the positive features of our products/services during interactions.
- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with customers.
- Address and resolve issues, as well as provide helpful solutions.
- Attain specified call and interest generation quotas.
- Regularly update supervisors on progress and challenges.
- Remind individuals about our offerings and assess their readiness to make a purchase.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of our customer database.
- Utilize provided language to effectively communicate with individuals.
- Adapt communication strategies based on the individual's profile.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in phone-based communication is advantageous.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
