Job Title: Sanskrit Language - TrainerExperience: min. 3 years

**Position Overview**: As a Sanskrit Language Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging and effective language training programs to individuals eager to learn Sanskrit. Leveraging your expertise in Sanskrit language instruction, you will guide curiosity learners through structured lessons, practical exercises, and cultural insights, enabling them to develop proficiency in Sanskrit grammar, vocabulary, and literature. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating an immersive and supportive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured language training modules focused on Sanskrit grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and reading comprehension.
- Design interactive and communicative learning activities, including language drills, translation exercises, and discussions on Sanskrit literature and philosophy, to facilitate active engagement and language acquisition.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to learners, offering support, encouragement, and cultural insights to help them progress in their language learning journey.
- Tailor teaching materials and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles, proficiency levels, and learner goals, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning experience for all participants.
- Incorporate authentic cultural content and experiences into the curriculum to enhance learners’ understanding and appreciation of Sanskrit culture, history, and traditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Sanskrit language teaching methodologies, instructional technologies, and resources, and integrate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching strategies and content delivery as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and mutual respect among learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sanskrit Studies, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Sanskrit as a language, with a strong background in Sanskrit grammar, literature, and philology.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Sanskrit, with excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and create a positive and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Passion for Sanskrit language, literature, and culture, with a genuine interest in sharing the beauty and significance of Sanskrit with others.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, such as immersion-based instruction, communicative language teaching, and task-based learning.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning resources is desirable.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, Sanskrit Teaching Certification) is a plus.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month
