Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have a high-level understanding of technical skills and the ability to create organic animations or movements.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Create high-end cutting edge designs. Visualize creative concepts Traditional animation experience, drawing skills will definitely serve as an add-on.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in and as a team and actively problem-solve/troubleshoot wherever required.
- Specialization and/or expertise in classical animation, character animation, motion graphics, dynamic typography, and editing.
- Strong grasp of principles of design and animation, frame composition & layout. Should be able to create storyboards and brainstorm on the ideas for the videos Create and maintain Graphic Standards, Guidelines & Check lists.

**The Video Editing Part**
- Collaborate with marketing team for scripts, visualize the concept and take part in the shoot process
- Take responsibility for video editing using motion graphics to produce a super cool output
- Come up with quirky video Ideas for Paid Ads, in order to acquire the user at lower CAC

**Skills & Experience**:

- Skilled in softwares like Photoshop / AdobeXD/Illustrator / Premier Pro as well as alternative options like Canva / Imovies/After Effects
- Great aesthetic sense
- Ability to churn out high quality design output at a fast pace
- Ownerships of your work & deliverables, along with maintaining your work records meticulously for future use 2+ years of design experience at a B2C brand / startup or agency
- 2+ Years of graphic in Startups/Agencies -Well versed in design & Video editing tools.
- Has basic video editing skills -Can create content for both social media, product and marketing -Any UI design experience for mobile apps would be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)
