Job Title: Waitress/Waiter

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

We are seeking a friendly, positive, people person to join our team and provide the best dining experience for our customers. As wait staff, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work hours will be 12pm-10pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Take food and beverage orders and input them into the system
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately
- Clean and reset tables
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
