Daily attendance update.

Handover items/Follow up O/S items.

Monthly payments for office expenses.

Sending mails to Head office. All office admin works.

Courier Inwards & Outward. Office stock maintenance.

Receipt of items received from Head office. Invoice handover to customer/cheque collecting.

Spares submitting to customer place/ Service engineers. Cheque deposit in banks.

Defective/Testing spares maintain in office and sent to HO. Collecting report books from engineers and sending it to HO.

Depends on the requirement you need to travel to handover/Collect the spares, Toolkits, Service registers etc.- Link to this job
