- Finalization of the all service order BSR/Non BSR with preparation of cost estimation
- Finalization of All AMC/ASC with preparation of cost estimation
- Responsible for Finalization of all long term contract/Mining contract
- Preparation of Commercial CS and Approval note
- Hand on experience of SAP, WCM and Cost analysis
- To float enquiry & conducting pre bid meeting and negotiation
- Team Management.
- Knowledge about Procurement of Engineering materials and services.
- Knowledge about Vendor development.
- Should have knowledge about commercial / statutory norms related to purchase.
- Ensuring conversion of PR to PO including emergency & shutdown requirements to reduce PR to PO lead time.
- To achieve savings through development of OEM substitute service providers and alternate service providers.
- Having good knowledge of negotiation skills.
- Should have Experience in S&S Procurement of CIVIL & E&I & Mechanical & Mines Procurement
- Should Have Hands On experience in Handling Capex Jobs
- Should have proficiency in vendor management and development
- Should be able to Cater Local Procurement Needs of Plant from Local Vendors
- Should have hand on Experience in Vendor Evaluation
- Analyze the high value inventory items, non-moving items and unlifted items and provide information / alerts to users, verify with ideal / past consumption, Reduce procurement quantity in consultation with user department.
- Related to scrap receipt, storage, sales, follow the guideline of applicable statutory compliances and management and keeping its record properly.
- To review Legal compliances applicable to stores and ensure their compliances by everyone.

**Qualification**:BE/Graduate/PG/ Diploma/ Material Management

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Materials Engg.,Graduate Dip in Material Mngmt

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
