Preparation of design and construction documentation as necessary. This involves layout drawings, architectural working drawings, detailed drawings, drawings for approval and all other relevant documentation
- Preparation of Detailed Abstract Estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Visit project sites and undertake supervision of on-site works to collect all relevant data and measurements to enable a full working drawing.
- Should have thorough knowledge of Building Standards and Regulations, Electrical, MEP, HVAC and Fire Safety Regulations.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining structured AutoCAD drawings.
- Assist with 3D modelling as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
