WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintaining client files; utilizing the firm’s client management software to work with tasks, assignments, and other initiatives;
- Creating online accounts;
- Performing initial assessment of information and/or documents;
- Requesting and assigning documents to clients on the case management system and reviewing the documents submitted;
- Conducting research of government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in processing immigration cases;
- Strong drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests;
- Good understanding of the Canadian immigration system and programs;
- Ability to work independently, conduct online research if required;
- Commitment to respond to inquiries within a short time and adhere to strict schedules;
- Good written and spoken English.
