Salary : Upto 4.8 LPA

Experience : 3 - 5 years
- Webinar and Seminar Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for webinars and seminars,

including topics, formats, and target audiences.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of webinars and seminars, from scheduling

and speakers to technical setup and promotion.
- Audience Engagement: Create compelling content and interactive elements to

engage participants during the events.
- Registration and Ticketing: Manage registration processes, ticket sales, and revenue

tracking.
- Technical & Backend Setup: Ensure smooth technical execution of webinars and

seminars, including managing webinar platforms and troubleshooting issues.
- Improve Conversion: Implement strategies to improvise the conversion % of Registration

to attendees & retention/engagement rate %.
- Data Analysis: Analyze participant data, feedback, and event performance to make data
- driven decisions and optimize future events.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather participant feedback and identify areas for improvement

in content, delivery, and overall event experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management and event coordination.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in webinar and event management platforms.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and act upon data.
- Sales or revenue generation experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
