**Job Title: Machinery Parts Field Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
As a Machinery Parts Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of machinery parts within a designated territory. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities. You will utilize your technical knowledge of machinery parts to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets for machinery parts within the assigned territory.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, site visits, and personalized service. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their machinery parts needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Continuously prospect for new clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
- **Quoting and Proposal Development**: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals based on customer specifications and requirements. Follow up on quotes and negotiate terms to secure orders.
- **Order Processing and Management**: Efficiently process sales orders, coordinate with internal teams for product availability, shipment, and delivery scheduling. Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales and marketing teams. Identify emerging market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product expansion or improvement.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales visits, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional post-sales support, including handling inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating product returns or replacements as needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machinery parts sales, preferably in a field sales capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
