Job Description: Graphic Designer (Digital Marketing)

Stakque Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of one year of experience in the digital marketing field to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements, goals, and target audience.
- Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Create engaging and eye-catching visual content for social media platforms, including images, GIFs, and short videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure the designs are fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure visual elements enhance the overall marketing message.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate and error-free designs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work, including social media graphics, web banners, and other digital marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
