**Responsibilities**:

- Facility Security: Conduct regular patrols of the têxtile manufacturing facility to deter and detect unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and any suspicious activities.
- Access Control: Verify the identification of individuals, vehicles, and goods entering or leaving the premises and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Surveillance: Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to respond promptly to security breaches and safety hazards.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report security incidents, accidents, or safety violations to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently during emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or natural disasters, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency services to ensure a safe response and evacuation if needed.
- Crowd Control: Manage and direct crowds during busy periods, events, or visitor influxes to maintain order and prevent potential disturbances.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other security personnel, management, and employees, ensuring the flow of relevant information.
- Training and Drills: Participate in security training sessions and drills to enhance response capabilities and remain up-to-date with the latest security procedures and protocols.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols around the facility and its perimeters to deter criminal activity and promptly address security concerns.
- First Aid Assistance: Provide basic first aid and medical support until professional medical help arrives, if required.
- Policy Adherence: Enforce the company's security policies, rules, and guidelines consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Army Officer or in a similar security-related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, techniques, and emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, security equipment, and alarm systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response techniques.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Security: 2 years (preferred)
