The Supply Chain makes the food people love by buying the ingredients for the products, designing capabilities and equipment to create our products, and making, packaging, and distributing our products. Supply Chain is comprised of the following areas: Global Engineering, Global Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Safety and Environment, and Sustainability.

**Purpose of the role**

The SWAT Planner PLPM will support our mission of enabling growth through Logistics Supply Chain capabilities. As a member of the PLPM team, you will provide tactical support and business process execution in collaboration with a cross-functional project team.

**Key Accountabilities**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
As a PLPM SWAT Planner, you will excel in efficient and effective project execution by:

- Partner with NAR Supply Chain teams to support product reformulations, introduction of seasonal items, new product launches, product lifecycle changes, packaging updates, and discontinuances.
- Support Bill of Material set up and changes in SAP
- Support for raw material write off budget, raw material waste mitigation
- Responsible for using standard processes & tools
- Accountable for scheduling and leading Connections with cross-functional supply chain partners

- Presents information effectively in a variety of settings
- Identifies and presents options, trade-offs, and recommendations to mitigate risks
- Possesses strong follow up and organizational skills

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s /Masters degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office suit
- Basic proficiency and having worked in / SAP /OMP
- Basic understanding of Project Management
- Strong desire to learn and embrace a learning mindset
- Critical thinking/reasoning/problem solving
- Willingness to embrace change and operate in grey space
- Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to break down tasks and be creative in finding solutions
- Self-starter who can work independently
