Nursing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**

Schedule patient appointments and ensure that patients come on date

Capture the height and weight and create visit records in Thalcare

Planning of Lab investigations of the day

Sending blood request to the Blood Bank

Chelation issue to patients similarly make an entry in ThalCare

Updation of CBC entry, Biochemistry, ferritin, serology, ultrasound, endocrine and any other required lab investigation values in Thalcare

Taking the blood transfusion and database consent and update it in ThalCare

Registration of new patient in Thalcare with complete information

Attending monthly meeting and discuss the complicated patients

Maintenance of medicine Stock and finance register

Issuing receipts

HLA Typing for required patients

SES documentation

Coordinate all aspects of family interactions with the organization for the purpose of thalassemia management 14. Take the action and clearing the notes which is suggested by Hemato Oncologist

Coordinate with all the stakeholders to ensure treatment protocol has been followed.

Any other things assigned by the program manager

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tumkur, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
