**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for sales in the teritorry assigned. Build brand reputation and recall value for the company. Ennage with customers to position company's solutions.
**Reporting to**:Sales Head / Cheif Revenue Officer
**Job role & responsibilities**:
- Mantain & organise Sales Information
- Implement Sales Process to improve Sales Closure
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Coordinate with inside sales team by managing schedules, submitting offers and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Expected Skillset:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- One or more years' experience in sales
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
- Good team development and leadership skills
- Experience in using CRM Software
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
