**Web and Graphic Designer**

**job description**

A designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. Aesthetically pleasing branding strategies help them effectively reach more customers. They also ensure that the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes.

**Preferred Experience**
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign assets and creative designs.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, visual communication, or a related field.

**This Role Requires**:

- Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant tools.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles to create designs that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within given timelines.
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
