**Internship**:Recruitment Operations Intern

**Location**:Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida, India
**Type**: Full-Time / Hybrid
**Internship Duration**:3 Months

**Work Days & Timings**: Monday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm

**Stipend**:upto 10k a month with added incentives

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft job ads and manage postings on job boards.
- Assist with recruitment marketing: job posts, social media content, and newsletters.
- Support administrative tasks like reporting, maintaining digital records, and preparing documents.
- Participate in outreach efforts to attract potential clients and talent.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Business, or a related field (Considering final year students also).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- **Professionalism**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
