**Job Title: Operations Executive (Accounts, Customer Care, and Logistics) - Urth**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts, customer care, and logistics departments at Urth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, and general ledger.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets aligned with Urth's goals and values.
- Ensure smooth and efficient customer care operations, promptly addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures that align with Urth's mission and values, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer trends and feedback to provide insights to the marketing team, contributing to product and service improvements.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock availability and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs while maintaining sustainable practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and service providers, fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all aspects of operations, particularly regarding sustainability practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain Urth's competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the retail or floral industry.
- Passion for nature, flowers, and plants, aligned with Urth's mission and values.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on sustainable practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and logistics management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards, particularly regarding sustainability practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
