**What you will do**:

- Good Workforce Management Experience, Excellent consultative, problem solving, research and analysis, team building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience in Design, Analysis, Integration and User Acceptance
- Exposure to work with International Customers, face-to-face dialog with Customers. Analyse the customers’ existing Networks/ systems needs and requirements.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Excellent knowledge required for managing production environments, Build and release process.
- Mentor of New Joinees so that they could implement projects independently with little handholding.

Should have good knowledge of the test frameworks / scripts

**You will bring**:

- Very Good hands-on experience in Configuring ClickSoftware Service Optimization Suite (Click Schedule, Click Mobile, Click Plan, Click Forecast and Click Analyze)
- Good knowledge on integrating Click Service Optimization Suite with other products\systems
- Must have worked in large scale deployment programs which involves multiple systems and integration
- Good hands-on experience in Configuring IFS system (FSM, PSO, Mobile)
- Good hands-on experience on **Oracle database, PL/SQL scripting**:

- Must have knowledge in Web deployment projects (.NET web services)
- Good understanding in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). Must have involved in complete project lifecycle execution
