**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

2. Hire, onboard and train new team members in the sales team.

3. Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.

4. Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.

5. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

7. Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

8. Have a valid passport and willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.

**Required qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.

2. Either Fresher or Experience in sales or business development roles.

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

4. Adapt in networking, project management and problem-solving.

5. A master's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.

6. Experience working in the D2C food delivery market with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.

8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot).

9. Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.

10. Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
