- Minimum : Diploma (3 Years)/BSC/MSC in Footwear Technology- Additional Desirable: MBA in Operations or Supply Chain- Experience:
- 4 - 9 years’ experience in Footwear Industry- Any additional requirement:
- Knowledge of SAP- Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)-
- Financial- Adherence of NPD launches on time
- Adherence of Code opening/Material Sourcing & BOM uploading/Routing and Cost run timelines
- Customer Oriented- Publishing Trackers every month, Maintaining records
- People Oriented- Improve Speed to Market for NPD launches
- Coordination with development team for customization of product.
- Internal Business Process- To work with CPD Team in Identifying Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
- To help in negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- To Maintain and follow costing tracker/export tracker/NPD launch tracker etc.
- To Deal with Marketing, Buying, Sourcing, Sample Coordination, Production, dispatch and liaison to ensure on time achievement of organizational targets
