**Customer service**: Ensuring guests are greeted and seated, and that their needs are met
- **Food and beverage preparation**: Ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served according to standards and recipes
- **Team management**: Supervising the team to ensure quality service and that staff are working together
- **Sales**: Maximizing sales opportunities by promoting the restaurant's specialties and suggesting products
- **Planning and coordination**: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all F&B activities
- **Training**: Training the team on established procedures and safety provisions
- **Budgeting**: Assisting with preparing and submitting information for budgeting
- **Inventory**: Ensuring that daily beverage inventory journals are noted and requisitions are initiated
- **Opening and closing**: Setting up supplies and tools, and cleaning equipment
Pay: ₹17,916.40 - ₹25,668.84 per month
