We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative at UGLY. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and acting as a bridge between clients and our agency's services. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our agency and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering solutions.
- **Needs Assessment**: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing/advertising needs. Translate client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client expectations.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate the execution of client projects by liaising with various internal teams such as creative, design, marketing, and technical teams. Ensure seamless communication between teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- **Problem Solving**:Proactively identify potential challenges or roadblocks in project execution and offer effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Address any issues promptly and work towards maintaining a positive client experience.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to existing clients. Collaborate with the business development team to expand the scope of client engagements and drive agency growth.
- **Market and Industry Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
- **Client Feedback**:Actively seek and gather feedback from clients regarding agency services, projects, and overall collaboration. Use feedback to continually improve our processes and deliver an enhanced client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles within a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with ecommerce, marketing and advertising strategies, concepts, and practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
