**A production supervisor in a food export company **is responsible for ensuring that food preparation, handling, and storage procedures comply with food safety policies. They also manage a team of employees, including inventory management and new procedures to reduce inventory losses. Other responsibilities include:

- Quality service: Ensuring quality service by setting and implementing standards
- Equipment maintenance: Continuously checking the smooth operation of food production equipment, calling for repairs when necessary, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Plant workers: Ensuring that the plant workers are well-trained
- Quality control: Ensuring that proper quality control is practiced
- New packaging: Adhering to new changes in the food packaging

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
