As a Product Designer Intern at Dario, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

**The primary responsibilities of this job include**:

- Collaborate closely with engagement leads, designers, design technologists, and engineers to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Work with Design leads to ensure that your design work exceeds client expectations and aligns with project goals.
- Ensure the quality of detailed UX & UI design throughout all phases of a project, maintaining a focus on user-centric design principles.
- Work on a diverse range of projects across various market sectors and geographies, providing unique insights and perspectives.
- Contribute to the creation of design guidelines and digital brand manuals to maintain consistency and brand integrity.
- Assist in defining project storytelling opportunities and guide designers, video makers, photographers, and illustrators to deliver compelling project narratives.
- Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
- Be an explorer, constantly seeking new ideas and approaches to enhance design processes and outcomes.
- Utilize Figma and proficiently utilize components to streamline design workflows and collaboration. Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Other duties assigned.****

**Requirements**:

- Solid competency in storytelling, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to various stakeholders and ideate the best means of presenting conceptual work.
- Keen interest in user understanding and behavioral science, leveraging insights to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and a passion for quality, balanced with efficiency and velocity in project delivery.
- Experience working with remote teams is advantageous.
- A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level, driving meaningful connections with users.
- Wildly creative and obsessively meticulous, with a fearless and positive attitude towards tackling challenges.
