Radio Jockey

As a Radio Jockey (RJ), you will be the voice and personality behind on-air broadcasts, creating an engaging and entertaining experience for listeners. Your role involves hosting shows, interacting with the audience, and staying updated on current trends to deliver relevant content.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1- On-Air Hosting: Conduct entertaining and engaging on-air shows, catering to the preferences of the target audience. Keep the audience hooked with a vibrant and dynamic on-air presence.

2- Content Creation:Develop and produce creative content, including interviews, segments, and thought-provoking discussions. Create playlists that align with the station's brand and audience preferences.

3-Live Interaction: Interact with listeners during live shows through calls, messages, and social media platforms. Respond to song requests, shout-outs, and dedications in real-time.

4- Stay Informed: Stay updated on current events, music trends, and pop culture to provide relevant content. Conduct research for interviews and discussions.

5- Voiceovers and Promos: Record and produce voiceovers for station promotions, advertisements, and show teasers. Collaborate with the production team for effective promo creation.

6- Remote Broadcasts: Participate in and host remote broadcasts, connecting with listeners from various locations. Manage technical aspects during remote broadcasts.

7- Interviews: Conduct engaging interviews with celebrities, musicians, and influencers. Prepare thoughtful and interesting questions to bring out the best in the interviewee.

8- Event Hosting: Host and participate in station events, live broadcasts, and promotional activities. Engage with the audience during public appearances.

9- Social media engagement: Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, promoting shows, and interacting with the audience. Share behind-the-scenes glimpses and updates.

10- Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the station and the local community. Participate in community events and charity initiatives.

11- Bollywood and Influencer Connections: Cultivate and maintain connections with Bollywood stars and influencers. Collaborate with influencers for special shows, events, or promotions.

12- Innovative Ideas: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for show formats, contests, and promotions.

13- Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible when handling unexpected situations during live broadcasts.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,134.63 per month
