**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work effectively as a team player.
- Understand and follow English instructions from supervisors.
- Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials are available at the assembly line.
- Be flexible to work in Production, Quality Control, Assembly Line, and Stores.
- Participate in the assembly of mobile phones and components.
- Maintain physical fitness and adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics)
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A) or ITI Certification
- 10th or 12th grade completed.
- Diploma holders with a valid Transfer Certificate (TC).

**Age Criteria**:

- 18 to 25 years old.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- CTC: Rs. 18,950
- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 1,000 for regular attendance.
- Leave Encashment: Rs. 700.
- Shift Timings: A Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM, B Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM, C Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM.
- Benefits: PF, ESIC, two meals per shift, free transportation within 60 km, hostel facilities at Rs. 3,000 (includes food).

**Interview Process**:

- Initial online interview with HR followed by on-site interview with the operations team.

**Required Documents**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
