**Aufgaben**:

- Job Description: Quality planning in PP/MIB cooperation
- Job Description: Individual will assume full responsibility of conducting Quality process planning of an assembly line wherein defining general assembly sequence for a module / group number.
- Brief Responsibilities:
- Quality process planning using digital tools involves defining the Product & Process Safety (Control Plans) aspects for the method definition.
- Developing standard operating templates for In-coming, In-process and Out-going Quality
- On-site & off-site verification of assembly documents for effective deployment of controls for Quality.
- Preparing Quality planning templates, documents and Soft tools for line-side and end-of-line audits.
- Interpreting Standards releases and ensuring adoption of standards to current processes.
- Ensure project management & QMS practices for all the projects within the function area.

Technical & Software skills:
- Understanding about Design for Manufacturability, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Understanding the vehicle dimensional gap, fits requirement and functional requirements.
- Pro-Plan or similar planning simulator software.
- NX - Siemens PLM Software (formerly Unigraphics) or similar PLM software.- DELMIA Process Engineers (DPE) or similar Digital Manufacturing Software.
- Team Center, Vis Mockup or similar Digital mockup and high-performance visualization tool.
- Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical engineering / Industrial engineering / Production engineering
- Work Experience:

- 3-5 years in relevant profile
- Language Skills:

- English Language Read/Write proficiency is a must, German Language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Soft skills:

- Good Communication & Presentation Skills. Confident and able to participate is group discussions
- Travel: Up to 20-25% travel in a year**Qualifikationen**:
