Costomology Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Create lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments to measure student progress and skill development.
- Demonstrate and supervise practical techniques in a hands-on learning environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and new products.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom and salon environment.
- Mentor and guide students through their training, providing career advice and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other salon events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid Cosmetology Instructor license.
- Extensive experience working as a cosmetologist in a salon setting.
- Prior teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Knowledge of current cosmetology trends, techniques, and products.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
