We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counselor to join our team. The Education Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey, providing information on educational programs, and offering support in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to understand their academic and career goals.
- Offer guidance on course selection, program requirements, and career pathways.
- **Admissions Support**:

- Stay informed about admission requirements and procedures for various programs.
- **Educational Program Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with information about the educational programs offered by the institution.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to students about program content, prerequisites, and potential outcomes.
- **Career Counseling**:

- Conduct career assessments and guide students in aligning their interests and skills with suitable career paths.
- Provide information on potential career opportunities and market trends.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and other events to promote the institution and its programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, including counseling sessions and relevant documents.
- Generate reports on student counseling activities as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in education counseling or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and career development.
- Familiarity with relevant counseling tools and resources.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
