**Position: MIS Coordinator**

**Required experience: 3 to 4 years**

**Location: Chennai**

At Rhapsody Plus, a pioneering Project Based Learning platform
- working with over 2 lakh children, we have an opening for a MIS Coordinator in our team.

1. Implementing and maintaining the Management Information System to meet the institution's data management and reporting needs.

2. Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to generate accurate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. Collaborating with different departments to understand their data requirements and develop customized reports and dashboards.

4. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate data management processes and controls.

5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.

6. Design and implement data collection processes to gather relevant information.
7. Train staff members on MIS usage and provide ongoing technical support.
8. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
9. Stay updated with advancements in educational technology and recommend improvements to the MIS.
10. Assisting in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in managing and maintaining information systems, preferably in an educational setting.
3. Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and security in educational institutions.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
