Hyderabad, India ADP Pvt Ltd - India Full time

Assist with the implementation process, working closely with Implementation Project Managers (IPM) and global partners in understanding our client’s expectation and current working environment
- Lead the Client&Payroll set up on both ADP Celergo platform (CGC tool) and the local partner’s platform.
- Organize and support meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status, discuss and review issues.
- Responsible for providing status reporting and providing responsive feedback to the Project Lead &Management and senior leadership.
- Provide action plans and issue resolution, as appropriate.
- Responsible for tracking projects and managing project communication activities.
- Explain payroll (compensation, benefits etc) and its financial implications to clients.
- Clearly explain country specific payroll issues to clients.
- Provide assistance to clients using our payroll technology.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding client-impacting issues throughout implementation.
- Review Excel documents and verify figures using basic accounting knowledge
- Assist with internal project - providing temporary assistance and/or joining one of our subcommittees
- Maintain and build good relationship with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- while you will be expected to do the work relevant to you (considering your job description as well as the responsibilities given to you when you work as part of a team) you will be also responsible of the success of the whole project you are working on
- Leading Client and Payroll Transitions from Implementation to Client Services. Ensuring the Transition Plan is accurate, Country Specific Process Documentation and Client Profile is available, clear and accurate at the time of the handover and the process follows internal protocols.
