**Who are our Founders?**

**Shaily Garg**, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the top 30 under-30 achievers in the world. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator.

**Ashish Chandra **is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.

Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
- Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and iOS.
- Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
- Resolve any problems in the existing system related to frameworks and architecture.
- Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
- Document the project and code efficiently.
- Write tests for the App.

**Skills**
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in Flutter.
- Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
- Any Native Language knowledge to build custom Flutter Packages.
- Git: To manage and collaborate on different projects with the rest of the team.
- Understanding and usage of the unit testing framework.
- Effective communication, Teamwork, Team Handling, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
- Should be able to architect robust Restful APIs.
- Strong CS fundamentals: Data structures, Algorithms, Distributed systems, and information Retrieval.
- You ship fast. Speed is in your blood. Except when you are driving in Bangalore.
- Any open-source contribution would give you an edge.
- Knowledge of agile and a lean way of doing things is a huge benefit.
