Dispatch Assistant

**Job Summary**

The Dispatch Assistant is responsible and accountable for properly loading and dispatching goods to our customers as per SOPs.

**R&R**
- To follow up on the daily dispatch operation and establish good teamwork
- Ensure proper loading and dispatching with the goal of delivering goods to our customers
- Adhere to the scheduled shift and accomplish the duties given, according to the required criteria
- To be a good team player to achieve the best performance
- Follow up on the order and convey the status of the order to the supervisor
- Ensure all orders are completed and updated to the concerned person accordingly
- Recognise and escalate discrepancies as soon as they arise
- Provide dispatch-based information for daily meetings
- Ensure that all documentation, including digital and analogue, is being stored and preserved properly.
- Ensure Discipline and Standards are maintained accordingly
- To work in integration with the respective departments & Associates
- Must be able to work flexible hours that include occasional evenings, weekends and holidays

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
