You will play a leadership role in expanding KAOAPH’s capabilities and demonstrate the ability to become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our Client Strategy, Creative, Media, and New Business teams, and provide informed, insightful feedback that pushes all of our work further, further ensuring to grow the reputation in the market/industry and appeal to a larger audience.

**Job role & Responsibilities**Lead strategic conversations that help rethink and reimagine the way we communicate with customers in the world today
Successful implementation of brand and marketing roadmaps.
Drive innovation, menu and product development processes
A strong sense and capability of visual merchandising, aesthetics and strategic implementation.
Identify and understand the trends and factors that guide consumer behavior and affect the way that brands communicate - and excel at communicating information in the form of narrative storytelling, creative briefs, and presentations
Write clear, compelling content for various mediums to communicate the brand idea and message across various channels and mediums.
Use storytelling skills to develop insights-driven reporting and output to influence partners and create action across our brands and categories
Bring the consumer to life (e.g., creating insightful presentations, videos, day in the life of)
Identify opportunities that solve our client’s biggest challenges.
Partner closely with social media and marketing team to create 360 influential and successful campaigns
Build and maintain strong account relationships with retail partners through regularly scheduled calls and ongoing communication with all levels of management and employees.
Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large
- and small-scale marketing projects to expand the reach and drive into the niche community to expand, scale and grow.
Conduct high-quality research and interviews
Extensive research and analysis on customer thoughts, and devise content strategies to convert new and existing customers
Brainstorm creative ways to engage audience and produce the engaging content accordingly
Use SEO principles to maximize KAOAPH’s reach
Plan & execute marketing plans for both online and offline platforms and assure to convert the leads and bring in business with volumes.

Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

Education
- If you have a degree in Marketing/ communication/Public Relations
- great
Finance and Marketing experience preferred but not required.
Consumer retail industry experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a strategist or related role
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent communication, writing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong research skills
Collaborative spirit
