**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic plan for the school in alignment with its mission and values. Lead efforts to enhance the school's reputation and academic standing locally and internationally.

- **Student-Centered Approach**: Create a student-centered learning environment that nurtures the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of every student. Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
- **Faculty Development**: Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding faculty and staff members who are dedicated to excellence in teaching and learning. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for faculty members.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Build strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to support student learning and well-being. Communicate effectively and transparently with stakeholders and solicit feedback to continuously improve the school.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, facilities management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all stakeholders.
- **Technology Integration**: Embrace and leverage technology to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in educational technology and integrate them into the school's operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational leadership roles, including experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international school setting.
- Demonstrated track record of effective leadership, innovation, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of international education standards, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Visionary leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a shared vision of excellence.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, such as CIS, NEASC, or IB accreditation, preferred.
- Young and energetic with a passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
