**Hiring Personal Assistant to director**
Experience - 3-10 years’ plus experience as EA
**Role/ Responsibilities**:
- Assist Director in routine and strategic activities related to various departments/ functions
- Assist in effective functioning of Director’s office
- Implementation and updation of systems, process, policies etc
- Maintaining Minutes Of Meetings
- Preparing management meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up
- Follow up for the actionable emerging out of the meetings and updating their status in the action tracker
- Coordination & follow up for meeting agendas before the scheduled meetings
- Providing daily/ weekly/ monthly business updates to the various stakeholders
- Creating, updating and maintaining action logs for weekly/monthly business review meeting
- Collecting reports, analyzing data, generating inferences for decision making
- Calendar Management
- Internal and External meeting management
- Organizing office
- Must have handled coordination with various internal department for ensuring smooth functioning
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Technology savvy. Proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint) and Google Suites (doc, sheet, slides)
- Well presented and articulate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and management skills
- Organized and focussed in daily rituals
- Coordination skills
- Attention to detail
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
