Job Description:
Managing operation: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the STP by executing the operation by leading from front, maintaining appropriate parameters and optimizing treatment efficiency.

Maintenance & Repairs: Operating maintenance activities, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating repairs to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition.

Staff Management: Overseeing a team of operators and technicians, assigning duties, providing training, and evaluating their performance.

Troubleshooting: Executing, Identifying and resolving operational problems and malfunctions that may occur during plant operation.

Qualification: B.E./Diploma Engineering/Mechanical /Operations/Plant management

Experience: 7 Years preferable in STP

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
