Beckman Coulter’s middleware solution Remisol Advance (RADV) is seeking a Scrum Master to ensure the team organizes to delivers high quality deliverables.

RADV consolidates and manages patient orders and results information through one workstation. Whether it’s connected to a single analyzer or an entire network of instruments, our Clinical Information System enables your lab to increase efficiency and deliver faster turnaround time. Plus, you can consolidate workstations and improve the quality of clinical information.

The incumbent may be involve in various activities of the projects such as risk analysis with our quality and regulatory team.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Ensuring Scrum are conducted andrelevant artifacts are produced in a timely manner with a high level of quality
- Helping scrum teams in overcoming impediments
- Ensuring focus on product priorities defined by the product owner
- Relaying functional expectations between the product owner and development team
- Enable self-reliance and accountability within the development team
- Development and sustenance of visual management and proactive problem solving as part of continuous improvement

In addition to the Scrum Master role, you’ll have to:

- Participate in generation of documents that comply with the quality system
- Support the organization through production of KPIs, facilitation of communication between various cross functional stakeholders

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- 5 years of experience in software industry with mínimal experience of 3 years as Scrum Master. You are autonomous and able to choose the best decision path.
- Understanding of C++ programming language to be able to gauge and validate concerns expressed by the development team
- Ability to understand, strictly adhere and map development processes within the boundaries of Scrum.
- Ability to drive and motivate self-managing teams. As leader you must have good communication skills
- Critical thinking to challenge status-quo
- Good English skills (reading, writing and speaking). You will be working in an international product development environment and producing documents to comply with various regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA or ADO
- Experience in medical device design & development a plus
- Ability to travel as needed (mínimal).

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- functional knowledge of healthcare laboratories would be a plus
- development process in regulated environment (ISO 9000, 13485/FDA), ideally in medical devices IEC 62304 would be very a plus
