We are actively looking for an experienced BIM coordinator (multidisciplinary) with 7 - 8 years of experience for temporary post (5 Months or may be extendable). Who are available to join immediately.

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop /Update, implement and maintain BIM. Workflow, Protocols and standards within the engineering team.
- Liase and coordinate with consultant BIM coordinator
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navis Works
- Manage Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
- Ensure compliance to the appropriate company CAD/BIM Standards and protocols
- Hold weekly coordination meeting with project team members
- Early design review and constructability analysis
- Manage / Update BIM project documents
- 3D model Quantity Extraction / Verification
- 4D scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk Navis Works

Key skills
- Expert skill in Revit software, Navis Work, and AutoCAD

Education and Training
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Architectural or Structural Engineering
- Must have good experience preferably from a design consultancy firm in GCC.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
