Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct property tours for potential clients and guests
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the resort
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or related hospitality roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Knowledge of local market and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
