- We are seeking individuals who are passionate about **counseling and can guide potential students** through our various courses to help them achieve their career aspirations.
- As a **counselor**, you will conduct detailed profiling of learners to **understand their unique career goals and learning abilities, and pitch the right program** that aligns with their needs.
- You will **manage the complete sales closing life cycle** for assigned leads, from identifying their needs to pitching the appropriate course.
- Your **exceptional communication skills** in **Bengali** language will be essential in executing prompt inquiries and follow-ups with leads through **phone and WhatsApp**.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for **fee tracking and follow-up **to ensure our students are satisfied and their needs are met.
- We are looking for individuals with a minimum of **1 year of outbound Tele-calling/ student counseling experience** and who have completed **graduation/post-graduation**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and Outlook, specifically in Excel**.
- As a **quick learner**, you should be able to multitask to increase individual conversions and generate leads through referrals while improving conversions on those leads.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
