**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Develop manufacturing facility for variant manufacturing on existing/new line by providingequipment, facilities within schedule time, budget and as per Quality guidelines.Capacity enhancement and productivity improvement (Work Content reduction) ¢ Oversee Capacity planning for Assembly, Paint and machine shop.Generation and implementation of ideas for productivity improvement in Assembly, Paint and machine shops.Capex planning for Assembly, Paint and machine shops based on Capacity requirements and Sustainability.New machines/ material hand ling equipment planning, ordering and commissioning.Manpower planning for assy, paint and machine shops.tool, jigs and fixture planning for new product development.Should be well versed with TPM.Material hand ling solutions within stores and Assembly shops.Knowledge of Kitting systems, Poka Yoke, Zero defect.Should be well versed with New product development process including PPAP, APQP Includingoverall planning for model introduction within existing line.Scrutinizing and monitoring capital budget of plant.Develop logistics planning and execution to ensure timely availability of parts at manufacturing line by providing facilities within schedule time, budget for inbound logistic.Implementation of all ECN related to product improvement.Line balancing for new products and plug gap areas in online introduction of new models**Preferred Industries**
