As a Workshop Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Handling**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
- **Database Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle service history, and workshop activities using our proprietary database management system.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and oversee a team of skilled technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.
- **Work Tracking**: Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and service tasks, assigning work orders, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- **Billing and Finance**: Assist with billing processes, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to verify quality standards are met, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and efficient utilization.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Uphold workplace safety regulations and industry standards, implementing and enforcing proper procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive engineering, business management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive industry, preferably in a luxury car workshop environment. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in database management software and basic accounting principles, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Leadership qualities, including problem-solving skills, team-building capabilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
