**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Responsible for architecture, design, installation/implementation and configuration of Profiles/ policies. Major role includes providing Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms.
- Deployment of other Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure AD, RMS, SSO, MFA.
- Coordinate project activities across customer, vendor and teams (Cloud, Server, Network etc).
- Standardisation of service development and lifecycle management project activities.
- Explaining plans agreed with managers to designers and developers.
- Identifying the hardware and software that will be needed.
- Organising the workloads of the technical teams in the most efficient way.
- Monitoring progress of the project and ensuring it’s completed on time.
- Reporting progress back to managers or clients.
- Advising and suggesting future IT developments to managers or clients.
- Production of Low-Level Design Documents for multiple workplace services.
- Creating technical Documentation for new or existing services and Report creation.
- Planning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systems.
- Work with customers to architect modern Desktop/Device management solutions using Windows 10/ Android/ iOS with Intune
- End-Points Life cycle management like feature update, upgrades etc.
- Assisting in design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and provide solutions for problems and conflicts.
- Drive Service Acceptance into Business as usual as Operations Support.
- Support performance and functional testing of workplace services.
- Application Delivery infrastructure design and deployment for Windows 10, Android, iOS.
- Maintain an awareness of current developments in Digital Workplace and conduct research and development of new technologies.
- Provide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues.
- Analyzing existing IT infrastructure to compare with best practices and Market standards.
- Advising on service solution.
- Presenting the solution to customer (service demo, service offering).
- Coordinating service set up in the customer environment.

L 2 - responsibilities - Experience - 7+ years of IT with 3+ years in Intune operations
- Enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life-cycle management.
- Creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles and deployment to managed client devices.
- Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by the end user. These issues could be software related, such as identifying malware, or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. This requires an extensive knowledge of popular operating systems and software.
- Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize mobile solution presently in place while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs.
- Understanding of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory service for managing cloud identity.

**Technical Experience**:
Windows 10 Management - Windows as Service, Windows 10 Autopilot enrolment, End of Life tracking, Security update deployment. Windows 10 Feature update. Windows 10 Policy management. Application deployment.

**Signs of success**:
**Skills we can't do without**:

- At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Windows 7 / 8-8.1 / 10/ 11, Android and iOS
- Knowledge about Active Directory
- English language

**Skills we believe are nice to have**:

- Education in IT field or equivalent technical background
- Microsoft Certification(s) for Windows 10, Modern desktop management (MS 100, 101)

Knowledge of GPO/DNS/DHCP/WSUS
