***Training Center Manager**NO OF POSITIONS**: 1**NATIONALITY**:Indian**ABOUT COMPANY**:Global Safety Services Group, Inc. GSS Training**LOCATION**: Kochi, India**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**:Min. 05 years of experience working as a Rigger and Banksman role in Oil and Gas.**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
- OPITO Rigger Stage 3
- OPITO Banksman & Slinger Stage 1 or Stage 3- Recognised Teaching qualification.
- Recognised Assessor qualification.
- IOSH / NEBOSH
- First Aid qualification (MER Level 1)
- Knowledge of Lift Planning.

**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:
- Teaches courses according to the GSS course packages and in accordance with defined course standards and outcomes.
- Creates a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation.
- Documents students’ attendance, participation, and academic progress by assessing performance both theoretically and practically.
- Provides feedback both verbally and by issuing reports to students within expected time frames.
- Updates administration systems with results and issues certificates.
- Performs maintenance, inspection and testing of equipment and facilities when required to do so.
- Provide MER Level 1 response in the event of an emergency.**WORKING HOURS**: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.**WORKING DAYS**:Monday to Friday**ANNUAL LEAVE**:28 working days.-
