**Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)**
Location**:Kollam**
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services and address any concerns.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, service options, and after-sales support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products/services to customers.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to the management regarding customer issues, feedback, and potential improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders and requests are processed promptly.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality and improve the customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Diploma** in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in **customer service**, **customer relationship management**, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
