Operation & Sales Executive

1. Assisting with sales activities such as lead generation
2. Managing customer inquiries, orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience
3. Coordinating with other departments like logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
4. Handling administrative tasks related to sales and operations, such as maintaining records, generating reports, and updating databases
5. Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales and operations
6. Following up on leads generated through various channels, including cold calling, to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
7. Manage end-to-end logistics coordination with shipping partners, including Shiprocket and other delivery providers.
8. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers 9. Utilize computer systems for order processing, tracking, and communication 10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
