As a Telecaller at Almaa Siddha Care Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential and existing patients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the hospital's services, benefits, and appointment availability to prospective patients. Your courteous and professional communication will contribute to building positive relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the hospital's reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential patients to inform them about Almaa Siddha Care Hospitals' services, specialties, and benefits.

2. Respond to incoming inquiries from patients, addressing their queries regarding treatments, appointments, and other related information.

3. Schedule appointments for patients by coordinating with the hospital's front desk and medical staff.

4. Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all interactions, patient details, and appointment schedules in the hospital's database.

5. Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment instructions.

6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targeted outreach and conversion goals.

7. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.

8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment booking targets.

9. Stay informed about the hospital's services, updates, and promotions to effectively communicate them to patients.

10. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. 1-3 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

4. Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to manage patient interactions and appointments.

5. Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

7. Empathetic and patient-focused approach towards addressing patient needs and concerns.

8. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment booking targets.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Almaa Siddha Care Hospitals' Saidapet location in Chennai.
- Training will be provided to familiarize the telecaller with the hospital's services and procedures.
